Cache, pronounced cash, is a temporary storage place inside your computer. Your cache stores the files that are downloaded when you visit sites on the internet. That way, when you return to a site at a later time, the system does not have to reload all of the information. Caching makes the site load into your browser more quickly.
Clearing your cache makes your system run faster and smoother. Internet pages will load faster and most importantly, you can obtain the most up-to-date game features from Zynga!
How do I clear my cache?
For Google Chrome:
- Launch Google Chrome.
- Click the menu icon in the upper right corner.
- Select More Tools > Clear browsing data...
- From the dropdown menu select "the beginning of time".
- Check the options for Cached images and files and Cookies.
- Click Clear Browsing Data.
- Close your browser and re-launch.
For Firefox:
- Launch Firefox.
- Click the menu icon in the upper right corner.
- Select History > Clear Recent History.
- Select "Everything" from the "time range to clear" menu.
- Check the options Cookies / Cache / Site Preferences.
- Click Clear Now.
- Close your browser and re-launch.
For Safari:
- Launch Safari.
- From the Safari menu in the top left corner, click Preferences.
- Select Privacy > Cookies and website data > Remove All Website Data …
- Click Remove Now.
- Close your browser and re-launch.
For Edge:
- Launch Edge.
- Click the menu icon in the upper right corner.
- Select Settings > Clear browsing data > Choose what to clear.
- Check the options Cookies and Cached data and files.
- Click Clear.
- Close your browser and re-launch.
For Internet Explorer:
- Launch Internet Explorer.
- Click on the Tools menu > Internet Options.
- Select General > Browsing history > Delete …
- Uncheck the option Preserve Favorites website data.
- Check the options Temporary Internet Files and Cookies.
- Click Delete.
- Close your browser and re-launch.
For Opera:
- Launch Opera.
- Click the Opera menu in the top left corner.
- Select More Tools > Clear browsing data...
- From the dropdown menu select “the beginning of time”.
- Check the options for Cached images and files and Cookies.
- Click Clear Browsing Data.
- Close your browser and re-launch.
